If you remember your user name but not your password, try to find the notification email from the Swing Zone which contains your login details (see I didn't receive an email with my user name and password above).
If this doesn't help, you can use the Forgot Password link on the login page to have your password re-set and emailed to you (see below).
For tips on how to change your system-generated password to a more memorable one, please see I have lost my login details for the Swing Zone above.
After you registered with the Swing Zone, the system would have sent out an email to you with your user name and password (see below).
If the email is not in the spam folder, make sure that the email account you are checking is the same as the one you entered when registering for the Swing Zone. Many people use more than one email address (e.g. one for business and one for private use) and the notification email would have only gone out to the email address you used at registration.
If neither of the above solve the problem, please send an email to info@myswingzone.com quoting your full name. We will then re-send your login details.
The installation should happen automatically, but many computers have security settings in place that put restrictions on how ActiveX elements are installed. Therefore, if the control does not install, please look out for messages under the title bar of your browser window and take the appropriate steps to allow installation on your system.
You will only need to go through this procedure once - the next time you upload a file, the Upload page will display straight away.
For more information about the upload process, please see How do I upload video clips to the Swing Zone? above.
If you want to upload a video clip of your golf swing for your instructor to review, please log in to your account and then click on the Upload or Phone Upload link in the Video Uploads area of the screen (see below).
If you are uploading a file in .mp4 format that was captured using a mobile phone, please use the Phone Upload link.
The first time you use the Upload page, your computer will need to install an ActiveX control in order to make uploads possible. Many computers have security settings in place that restrict the installation of ActiveX elements, so if the control does not install automatically, please look out for messages under the title bar of your browser window and take the appropriate steps to allow installation on your system.
You will only need to go through this procedure once - the next time you upload a file, the Upload page will display straight away.
After installation of the ActiveX control, the Upload page should look similar to this:
If you have your DV camera directly connected to your computer (rather than saving a video clip to it), then please follow the instructions on the right hand side of the page to upload your clip.
After completion of the upload, a text window will appear where you can leave comments about your swing. Please use this to provide additional information such as your level of experience, your typical shape of shot, particular problems you have been having with your swing etc. This will help your instructor to provide a more accurate analysis that is tailored to your specific swing.
If you are experiencing problems uploading your video or if it is in a format that is not listed, then you can always send the file as an email attachment to info@myswingzone.com. If you do this, please quote your Swing Zone user name, so that we can identify the correct account.
For hints and tips on how to record your golf swing, please go to www.myswingzone.com/how/index.asp and click on the Step 1 icon.

If you are using the Phone Upload option, you can upload files with an .mp4 extension. Files in other formats will not be displayed.
If your file format is not supported and you don't have a way of converting your clip to a supported format, then you can send the file as an email attachment to info@myswingzone.com (quoting your Swing Zone user name). We will attempt to convert the clip to a supported video format but due to the great number of different formats on the market, we cannot guarantee that this will always be possible.
